On 16 July 2026, Fundação Lakhani (TLG Foundation) and Fundação Rizwan Adatia (RAF Global) signed a Memorandum of Understanding establishing the Lusophone Partnership for Human Capital and Resilient Communities in Mozambique.
The three-year agreement focuses on education, vocational training and employability programmes for women and youth in Mozambique, combining RAF Global’s operational presence and local implementation capacity with TLG Foundation’s strategic engagement and international development networks.
Signed for TLG Foundation by Karim Janmohammed Jiwani (Chairman of the Board), Afsana Amirali Jiwani (Vice Chair), and fellow Board Directors Yasmin Lakhani, Rahim Lakhani and Ramzan Ali Rajjab Ali Lakhani, and for RAF Global by Rizwan Nuruddin Adatia (President) and Atanu De (General Director).
