On 29 July 2026, Fundação Lakhani (TLG Foundation) and DOUTA – Formação e Consultoria, Unipessoal, Lda. signed a Memorandum of Understanding establishing a Partnership for Professional & Vocational Training.
DOUTA is a certified training entity delivering professional training programmes in Construction & Civil Engineering, Electricity & Energy, Occupational Safety & Health, Computer Science, Trainer/Teacher Training, Personal Development, Commerce, and Metallurgy & Metalworking, and holds International Safety Certification (VCA). The partnership supports TLG Foundation’s work on professional qualification and labour-market integration for migrant and other vulnerable communities in Portugal.
