On 18 August 2026, Fundação Lakhani (TLG Foundation) and Associação Casa da Índia — Bharat Bhavan signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Foundation’s offices in Lisbon.
The agreement sets out a three-year partnership, initially centred on Lisbon, combining the Foundation’s cultural, social and educational work with Casa da Índia’s cultural programming and diaspora engagement — strengthening ties between the Portuguese and Indian communities in Portugal.
Signed for the Foundation by Rahim Lakhani, and for Casa da Índia by Prof. Shiv Kumar Singh, President of the Board, and Nishank Mayurkumar Popat, Vice-President.
