On 29 July 2026, Fundação Lakhani (TLG Foundation) and Centro Europeu de Línguas, Lda. signed a Memorandum of Understanding establishing a Partnership for Education Projects.
CEL is a languages and professional-training institute with demonstrated experience coordinating instructors for Português Língua de Acolhimento (PLA — Portuguese as a Host-Country Language) courses, including its existing support to Bridge Skills Academy. The partnership supports TLG Foundation’s work on the civic and linguistic integration of migrant communities in Portugal, part of its Digital & Civic Inclusion pillar.
